chaman gravy or we can called it as green gravy is it a basic gravy made of all green leaf vegetable and the thickening agents with and nuts or cream or curd it is easy to make this is the basic gravy in indian cuisine it goes well with any roti, chapathi, naan, any indian breads or a pulka.

INGREDIENTS

Spinach 1 bunch
Coriander leaves -1/2 bunch
Methi leaves - 1/2 bunch
Whole garam masala
Onions - 2
Ginger garlic paste - 1 tsp
Green chilies - 3
Salt to taste 
Turmeric a pinch 
Garam masala powder - 1tsp


METHOD OF PREPARATION

1. Add coriander leaves,fenugreek leaves,spinach and green chilies to boiling water for 30 minutes
2. Then remove from boiling water and make puree
3. Take a bowl add oil,garam masala,onions,ginger garlic paste,salt,turmeric saute it 
4. Then add the puree of spinach and cook for 3 minutes
5. Add masala's and then add 1 tsp of honey for balancing the taste
6. At last add fresh cream and water according to your consistency
7. Garnish with fresh cream and serve hot
