INGREDIENTS

Ginger - 2 NOS
Tamarind - SMALL HAND FULL
Red chili flakes - 3 TO 4 NO
Salt - TO TASTE
Curry leaves - FEW
Mustard seeds -1/2 TSP
Cumin seeds - 1/2 TSP
green chilies - 2 NOS SLICE
Oil - 50 ML
Shahjeera - 1/2 TSP
Peppercorns - 1/2 TSP
coriander seeds - 1 TSP
coriander leaves - 1/2 BUNCH

METHOD OF PREPARATION

1. First roast all the dry ingredients together  and make a fine paste
2. Then add oil in a bowl or kadai
3. When your oil is enough hot add cumin and mustard seeds,dried red chili flakes,green chilies,curry leaves,turmeric stir it once and add tamarind pulp
4. When the tamarind pulp is boiling add the dry ingredients and ginger paste
5.Then stir well and close the lid 
6.When it comes to boil add freshly chopped coriander leaves and serve hot with rice
