PANEER MAKHANI - MAKHANI GRAVY - PANEER BUTTER MASALA

INGREDIENTS

paneer - 100 grm
butter - 1 1/2 tsp
tomatoes - 8 no
water - as thickening is required
 cinnamon - 2 small size
cardamom - 2 no
cloves - 2 no
 green chilies - 3 no
ginger garlic paste -1 tsp
oil to shallow fry the paneer
salt to taste
red chili powder - 1 tsp
gram masala powder -1 tsp
sugar -1/2 tsp
kasuri methi - 1/2 tsp
coriander leaves - to garnish
fresh cream - 1tsp

METHOD OF PREPARATION

1.fist put two cuts on tomatoes and just blanch for 1 or 2 min.


2.then by blending make a fine puree and keep a side.


3.on the other hand take a pan add butter.

 
4.when butter  melts add cinnamon,cardamom,cloves.


5.then add green chilies,ginger garlic paste and tomato puree to it.


6.keep tomato puree for boiling and shallow fry the paneer on other side.


7.after boiling the puree add red chili powder,salt,garam masala and some water for consistency.


8.then add paneer,fresh cream and garnish with coriander leaves.


9.switch off the stove after 2 min and serve hot with chapathi or naan
