CAPSICUM CURRY MASALA

INGREDIENTS

capcicum -4 no

onion  big-2 no

tomatoes -3 no

salt to taste

chili powder - 1tsp

turmeric - 1/4 tsp

ginger garlic paste -1tsp

cumin seeds - 1/4tsp

mustard seeds - 1/4 tsp

 curry leaves few

oil - 50 ml

METHOD OF PREPARATION

  1. take a pan add oil , mustard seeds, cumin seeds, onions ,salt, ginger garlic paste, curry leaves and sauté  it well

  2. then add turmeric ,tomatoes and cook the tomatoes for 2 min

  3. after 2 min just add capsicum to the tomatoes and add chili powder ,sesame seeds powder or peanut powder and cook again for 5 min till it cooks

  4. at last check out your dish and add freshly chopped coriander leaves from top

  5. that's it serve hot with rice, chapathi or phuilka.
