CAPSICUM FRIED RICE

INGREDIENTS

capsicum - 2nos

ginger garlic paste - 1 tsp

onions big  - 1 no

cumin seeds - 1/2 tsp

salt to taste

garam masala - 1 tsp

chili powder - 1 tsp

coriander fresh chopped

coriander powder - 1 tsp

cooked rice - 4 cups

oil - 50 ml

METHOD OF PREPARATION

  • take a pan  add oil, cumin seeds , ginger garlic paste  , onions , capsicum chop , salt , chilli powder , garam masala, coriander powder  cook for 2 mins till it get soften.

  • then add rice, mix it will keep the lid for 5 mins after that open the lid.

  • garnish your dish with coriander leaves and  serve hot.
