PLAIN RICE

INGREDINETS

Rice -  150 gms

salt  to taste

water -  300 ml

METHOD OF PREPARATION

  • wash the rice for 3 to 4 times.

  • then sock for at least half an hour .

  • take the bowl to cook the rice first add the water in the bowl and salt .

  • let over water boil to 100 c then add the socked rice.

  • cook rice at high temperate for 5 mins and after that lower the flame and cook it in absorption method for more time.

  • hear nice and fluffy rice is ready.
