CASHEW CARROT RICE

INGREDIENTS

  1. carrot - 1 cup

  2. cardamom -1

  3. cinnamon -1

  4. cumin seeds -2 gms

  5. onions - 1

  6. ginger garlic paste - 1/2 tsp

  7. curry leaves - 1/2 bunch

  8. curry masala -1 tsp

  9. garam masala - 1/2 tsp

  10. salt -to taste

  11. rice - 1bowl

  12. lemon - 1/2

METHOD OF PREPARATION

  1. Take a pan add ghee and roast your cashew nuts till you get nice golden colour

  2. then remove all those in a cup and add cumin seeds, cinnamon , cardamom , onions

  3. when your onions turn into light brown colour then add your ginger garlic paste , fresh curry leaves, carrot and then roast well

  4. now add bowl full of rice and stir

  5. then keep the lid for 2 minutes

  6. that's  it the yummy tasty dish of cashew carrot rice will be ready

  7. serve it hot by garnishing it by coriander leaves
