CABBAGE FOOGATH

INGREDEINTS

  1. cabbage - 1

  2. coconut powder - 3tsp

  3. curry leaves -1/2 bunch

  4. oil - 3tsp

  5. mustard seeds - 2gm

  6. onions 1

  7. chilies- 3 no

  8. ginger garlic paste -1tsp

  9. salt - to taste

METHOD OF PREPARATION

 

  1. First heat a pan on stove and add oil

  2. then add mustard seeds and onion

  3. after onion turns into a light brown colour then add curry leaves and ginger garlic paste

  4. after southing add cabbage and close the lid for 5 minutes

  5. when your 5 minutes have done

  6. just remove the lid add salt and coconut powder

  7. then again leave for 1 or 2 minutes

  8. that's it the famous guan dish is ready to serve
