INGREDIENTS

Radish - 2 
cumin seeds and mustard seeds 
oil - 2 1/2 tsp
onion - 1
curry leaves - 1 string
chana dal  - 1 tsp
moong dal - 1 tsp
turmeric - 1/2 tsp
salt to taste
red chili powder - 1 1/2 tsp
ginger garlic paste - 1 1/2 tsp
garam masala powder - 1 tsp

METHOD OF PREPARATION

1. Take a pan add oil,onions,cumin seeds,mustard seeds,curry leaves, radish,salt and stir well
2. close the lid so that radish cooks and then add ginger garlic paste,soaked moong dal ,chana dal ,red chili powder,garam masala powder and stir well
3. Then close the lid and cook radish perfectly 
4.When ever the radish is cooked switch off the flame
