spring onion - 4 bunches
oil - 3 tsp
turmeric - 1/4 tsp
green chili paste - 1 1/2tsp
cumin,mustard seeds
salt to taste
curry leaves - 1 string
ginger garlic paste - 1/2 tsp


1. Take a pan add oil,cumin,mustard seeds,spring onions stir well and close the lid
2. After two minutes when spring onion will saute add turmeric,curry leaves,ginger garlic paste, chili paste,salt mix well
3. Let spring onion cook perfectly with out closing the lid 
4. Once these are cooked off the flame and serve hot
