INGREDIENTS

Spinach - 3 bunches
Toor dal - 2 tsp
Onion - 1 
Cumin seeds and mustard seeds for tempering
Green chilies - 2
Red chilies - 3 
Turmeric - 1/4th tsp
Salt to taste 
Oil - 3 tsp

METHOD OF PREPARATION 

1. Take a pan add oil,cumin seeds,mustard seeds,green chilies,red chilies dal and oinons
2. Saute for 1 minute and add turmeric,salt,spinach mix and close the lid for a minute
3. Then its done palak fry is ready to serve
