Banana toffee is a very famous dessert in Thai it goes well with vanilla ice cream.

  1. Banana - 2

  2. Maida- 1tsp

  3. corn flour - 3tsp

  4. water to make a batter

  5. oil- 1/2 tsp and to deep fry the bananas

  6. sugar - 1 cup

  7. sesame seeds



  1. Slice the bananas and slice into different pieces

  2. take a bowl add corn flour and Maida oil mix these together  with water to make a batter

  3. take another bowl add corn flour and now coat the banana pieces in the corn flour

  4. now dip those coated banana in the batter and deep  fry it in oil

  5. now on the other side take a pan add sugar and caramelize the sugar without adding water

  6. take a ice cold water in a bowl

  7. now after caramelizing of sugar dip the deep fried bananas in the caramelize sugar and drop the piece in a ice cold water

  8. that's it then remove all pieces from water and arrange in a plate

  9. add some sesame seeds from top

  10. we can have this yummy toffees with vanilla ice cream.
