INGREDIENTS

Parathas - 3
onions - 1
tomatoes -1 cup
green chilies - 2
sliced garlic 
ginger strips
eggs - 2 
curry leaves - few
half a lemon
red chilli powder according to your spice
oil -7 tsp
jeera seeds for tempering
cumin seeds for tempering
salt to taste
dry red chilies
turmeric
coriander leaves to garnish

METHOD OF PREPARATION

1. Add oil when oil starts heating add mustard seeds,cumin seeds,garlic,ginger,green chilies,red chilies curry leaves and onions 
2. Saute  your onions till golden brown and add all the spices accordingly
3. Add two eggs and stir continuously then add the pieces of paratha
4.  Mix the mixture with the pieces of parathas and add tomatoes 
5.After two minutes switch off the flame garnish with coriander leaves
6. Now the kothu paratha is ready to serve
