MURUKU is the south indian snack which can be had at tea time and it also prepared at  lot of festivals as a snack to give to the guest how come to home. it is prepared with simple ingredients like rice flour, salt , chilli powder, carrom seeds, oil and hot water.

MURUKU is the south indian snack which can be had at tea time and it also prepared at  lot of festivals as a snack to give to the guest how come to home. it is prepared with simple ingredients like rice flour, salt , chilli powder, carrom seeds, oil and hot water. 

INGREDIENTS

Rice flour -250 grms
Chili powder - 2tsp
Turmeric - 1/2tsp
Salt to taste
Carom seeds for flavour
Oil -3 tsp
Boiled water to make dough

METHOD OF PREPARATION 

1.Take a mixing bowl add flour,chili powder,salt,carom seeds,turmeric,oil and mix all together
2. After that add boiling water and make dough
3. Take a murukulu press and stuff the dough into it 
4. When oil is hot just press the murukulu press in oil in a round shape
5. Fry till it is in golden colour and you can store this.
