INGREDIENTS

cabbage - 350 grms
chickpea flour  - 1 cup
 rice flour - 1 cup
chili powder - 1 tsp
carom seeds - 1/2 tsp
salt to taste
kasuri methi - 1/2 tsp
ginger garlic paste - 1 tsp
chopped coriander - 1tsp
water to make a thick batter 
oil to deep fry

METHOD OF PREPARATION

1.take a bowl add chickpea flour,rice flour,red chili powder,salt,kasuri methi,coriander,carom seeds and mix all the ingredients together.
2.then by adding water slowly make a thick batter
3.now add shredded cabbage in the batter mix it well and then keep a side for 5 min
4.then on the other side keep oil to deep fry this fritters 
5.when your oil is enough hot add spoon by spoon your fritters and remove it when they turn into golden brown colour 
6.thats it our tasty,yummy,crunchy fritters are ready to taste 
7.serve this hot with a cup of tea and enjoy your evening.
