paneer tikka is a dish which is very popular in restaurants it is made of chunk of cubes of cottage cheese / paneer  and vegetables with any colors like tomatoes, onion, capsicum, red pepper or yellow pepper is marinated  in thick yogurt with all Indian spices and herbs and grilled in a pan or cooked in tandoor.

paneer - 250 gms

yogurt - 200 gms
chilli powder - 1 tsp
chat masala - 1 tsp
ginger garlic paste - 1 tsp
ajwain - 1/2 tsp
garam masala powder - 1 tsp
salt to taste
green pepper -  1 nos
onion - 2 nos
tomatoes - 3 to 4 nos
skewers - 4 nos
oil - 2 to 3 tsp

Method of preparation

1. take a bowl add 150 ml of curd and add all the masalas and mix together. 

2. after mixing all the spices with curd add paneer, tomato , onion, capsicum marinate and keep a side for 10 to 15 mins.

3. then take a bamboo skewer and arrange onion, paneer and capsicum in alternative ways 

4. take a grill pan add oil let it heat up.

5. when pan is hot add the paneer tikka on the hot pan and grill on all sides so the paneer is cooked well.

6. then take paneer tikka on a plate and serve with any salad and sauce.
