  1. green chilies for bajji -  1/2 kg

  2. tamrind - 3/4th

  3. salt to taste

  4. sesame seeds  3/4

  5. besan -  1/2kg

  6. carrom seeds - 3 grms

  7. turmeric -1/2 tsp

  8. chili powder  - 2 tsp

  9. ginger garlic paste - 1tsp

  10. cooking soda - 1/2 tsp

  11. water to make a batter

  12.  oil to deep fry

  13. onion -1

  14. tomato -1

  15. lemon -1

  16. coriander leaves to garnish


  1. take a blender and blend tamarind , sesame seeds by adding salt in to a fine paste

  2. take the chilies of bajji and remove all the seeds

  3. then fill those chilies with the sesame seeds paste

  4. then take basin in a bowl and add chili powder , salt , carrom seeds , turmeric ,cooking soda &ginger garlic paste

  5. now mix all these together with water to make a fine batter without forming lumps

  6. now just dip the filled chilies in the batter and deep fry them

  7. then when the chilies are turned into golden brown brown colour remove them from oil

  8. tasty , delicious , yummy mirchi bajji's are ready

  9. at last garnish it with chopped onions , tomatoes and fresh coriander leaves.
