INGREDIENTS

besan - 200 grms
coriander leaves - 1 bunch
lemon - 1
ginger garlic paste -1 tsp
 tsp oil to deep fry
tamarind - 50 grms
sesame seeds - 3 tsp
peanuts - 50 grms
chopped onion -1
carrom seeds - 1 tsp
salt to taste
turmeric -1/2tsp
red chili powder - 1 1/2tsp
mirchi - 10


METHOD OF PREPARATION

1. First dry roast peanuts,sesame seeds and grind or crush
2. Take a bowl add sesame seeds,peanuts powder,tamarind juice,lemon,salt and mix well
3. Then take mirchi give a slit and take out seeds from mirchi
4. Stuff the mirchi with peanuts,sesame seeds paste and keep a side
5. Take chickpea flour in a bowl and add chili powder,turmeric,salt, carom seeds,ginger garlic paste 
6. Mix the flour with all ingredients and make a thick batter by adding water as shown in the video 
7. On the other hand keep oil on the stove to deep fry this mirchi
8. Dip the stuff mirchi in the batter and deep fry till it get golden colour
9. Once the bajji cools down cut as shown in the video and deep fry once again
10. Then garnish as i have shown you in the video thats it our cut mirchi bajji will be ready to serve
