prawns fresh

method of preparation

first wash prawns for three to four times with salt clean it and keep it ready for  marination and give slit in the middle.

take the prawns in a bowl and add turmeric, chilli powder, salt , oil, jeera powder and lime keep it a side for half and hour so that it will get more flavour. 

take the pan heat it and add oil three to four tea spoon.
then when oil is hot add whole garam masala ,  curry leaves , onions and saute (fry quickly in little hot fat ) it for few minutes till onion is soft and transparent.
then add turmeric , ginger garlic past , red chilli powder and tomatoes and close the lid and cook for few more minutes till it is cooked.
after cooking the tomatoes add marinated prawns and mix it ones and close the lid for two to three minutes .
prawns will cook faster so after cooking if you need water you can also adjust it or you can skip if .
garnish with coriander and serve hot.
