DRY PRAWN CURRY

DRY PRAWANS CURRY with is very easy to make any time in a year because it is sun dryed prawans or shrimps. dry prawns are mostly cooked with onion and tomato so the flavor is released  as best as and it is mostly simmered in water for long time if we have not socked. dry prawns are socked in water for at least 1 hr so the cooking time reduces. this prawns are dried in sun for the long time so it will not have moister in it.

How to make dry prawans curry

Ingredients
oil 50 ml
garlic 5 no
ginger 5 gms
curry leaves few
green chillies 3 nos
salt to taste
red chilli powder 1 tsp
mustard seeds 1/2 tsp
cumin seeds 1/2 tsp
turmiric 1/2 tsp
coriender 1 bunch chop
onions 150 gms 2 or 3 small
tomatos 200 gms 4 nos small red ones
dry prawns/ shrimp few 1 cup sock in water for at lest 1 to 2 hours
coriender powder 1 tsp
cumin seeds 1tsp

Method of preparation
 
1.First take dry prawns or dry shrimps sock it in water for at least 1 hour  so it cooks faster (i have socked for 30 min). after that wash the prawns for 2 to 3 times then drain all the water from the shrimps.
take the cooking bowl add oil let it heat 
2.then add mustard seed, cumin seeds, ginger strips, garlic slice, curry leaves, turmeric, onions and slice green chilies.
 3.saute all tell it is lately brown and add dry prawns, chilli powder, salt mix it and close the lid for 2 to 3 mins.
4.after that add tomatoes, jeera powder, coriander for gravy you can add water and keep the lid for 5 to 6 mins
 5.after that check the prawns then lastly add coped fresh coriander and switch off the flame 
serve it with and Indian bread.
