DRY PRAWANS CURRY with is very easy to make any time in a year because it is sun dryed prawans or shrimps. dry prawns are mostly cooked with onion and tomato so the flavor is released as best as and it is mostly simmered in water for long time if we have not socked. dry prawns are socked in water for at least 1 hr so the cooking time reduces. this prawns are dried in sun for the long time so it will not have moister in it.
