MUTTON CURRY RECIPE | INDIAN STYLE LAMB CURRY | MATANA CURRY RECIPE

This is a bachelor recipe very easy and simple to make.Mutton is rich in protein.Mutton curry or lamb curry is a very delicious and healthy recipe.

INGREDIENTS

Mutton - 1/2 kg
Onions - 3 big
Salt to taste
Chili powder to spice
Garam masala (cloves,cinnamon,cardamom and shahjeera)
Oil - 4 tsp
Ginger garlic paste - 1 tsp
Turmeric - pinch
Coriander powder - 1/2 tsp
Jeera powder  - 1/2 tsp
coriander leaves - half a bunch

METHOD OF PREPARATION

1.Take a pressure cooker add oil about 4 tsp 
2. When oil hot add whole garam masala,onions and saute till it turns transperent
3.  Add all spices together or you can also mix the spices with mutton
4. Add water according to your consistency and close the lid
5. After 5 to 6 whistle off the stove and let your cool down
6. Then open the lid check weather its cooked 
7.Then garnish with coriander leaves  and serve hot
