INGREDIENTS

 

  1. Chili powder -1 1/2 tsp

  2. turmeric  - 1/4tsp

  3. lemon -1no

  4. oil  - 50ml

  5. curry leaves -1 bunch

  6. ginger garlic paste -1tsp

  7. salt to taste

  8. garam masala - 1/2tsp

 

METHOD OF PREPARATION

 

  1. First wash the fish with salted water and pat dry it

  2. then mix the pieces with chili powder , turmeric ,salt ,lemon ,garam masala ,ginger garlic paste

  3. take a griller heat up and  add oil

  4. when oil is hot just add curry leaves and then fish pieces to your pan

  5. cook both the sides for 5 minutes

  6. then our grilled fish will be ready to taste and serve
