  1. eggs  - 2 nos

  2. oil  - 3 tsp

  3. onion -3 no

  4. turmiric -1/2 tsp

  5. cumin seeds - 1/2 tsp

  6. green chillies - 2 no

  7. curry leaves  - 1/2 bunch

  8. ginger garlic paste -1 tsp

  9. salt to taste

  10. tomatoes -1 no                        

  11. coriender powder - 1 tsp

  12. red chilli powder - 2 tsp


  1. take a pan heat oil add cumin seed, onions, chop green chilis, tomatoes, coriender powder, salt, red chilli powder,ginger garlic paste, curry leaves and turmiric

  2. saute all the ingredents well and then add eggs to the pan

  3. cook the eggs by keeping the let for 2 mins

  4. after 2 mins just give a stir then keep the lid again for 5 mins by checking in between

  5. then your egg burjji will be ready serve hot with chapathi , bread, pulka .
