CORIENDER CHICKEN

INGREDENTS

  1. Chicken - 250 gms

  2. turmeric  - 1/2 tsp

  3. coriander powder - 1/2 tsp

  4. ginger garlic paste - 2 tsp

  5. chili powder - 1/2 tsp

  6. cumin powder - 1/2 tsp

  7. salt to taste

  8. lime 1/2 no

  9. mint leaves -1/2 bunch

  10. coriander leaves  -1 bunch

  11. green chilies  - 3to 4

  12. cashew nuts  - 10 grms

  13. oil -4 tsp

  14. bay leaf -2

  15. cinnamon -1grm

  16. cardamom -1

  17. cloves -2

  18. cumin -3grms

  19. onion - 1cup

  20. green chili -2

  21. tomato - 1

METHOD OF PREPARATION

  1. Take a bowel add chicken and marinate it with turmeric ,jeera powder, ginger garlic paste, red chili powder, coriander powder , salt and lime.

  2. mix well all the ingredients with chicken and keep a side for 1/2 hrs

  3. take the blender and add mint, coriander leafs, cashew nuts  and  green chilies.

  4. blend all these together and make a fine paste

  5. take a pan heat the oil and add whole garam masala , onion, ginger garlic paste, chopped green chilies

  6. sauté it add chicken and then add mint , coriander paste , tomatoes and keep the lid and cook for 15 mins

  7. after 15 mins check the chicken if you need gravy add water otherwise switch off the flame and serve hot.
