INGREDIENTS

  1. chicken  - 250 grms

  2. chili powder - 1 tsp

  3. salt to taste

  4. turmeric  - 1/2 tsp

  5. coriander powder - 1 tsp

  6. cumin powder -1tsp

  7. whole garam masala - 1/2 tsp

  8. pepper powder - 1/2tsp

  9. ginger garlic paste - 1tsp

  10. vinegar -2tsp

  11.  curd - 3 tsp

  12. milk - 1tsp

  13. orange red colour -pinch

  14. egg -1

  15. corn flour - 1/2 tsp

  16. oil to deep fry

  17. green chili -3 to 4

  18. curry leaves  - 1/2 bunch

METHOD OF PREPARATION

  1. in a bowl add washed chicken

  2. add all powders like chili powder ,salt , pepper powder , turmeric , coriander powder, cumin powder , whole garam masala , ginger garlic paste , curd , vinegar .

  3. marinate well and keep in a freezer for  2 hrs

  4. take orange red colour mix with a tsp of milk and add in the chicken

  5. then whip one egg and add only half  whipped egg in your chicken

  6. add corn flour and mix well all those  together

  7. take pan add enough oil to deep fry and heat up the oil

  8. then deep fry all these chicken pieces  and toss up with green chilies and curry leaves

  9. here is our yummy chicken 65 ready
