Urad dal : 100 grms
Idly rawa : 200 gms
methi seeds : 0.3 gms
water for socking
Salt for taste
METHOD OF PREPARATION
First soack idly rava for 1hr & urad dal for 3hrs by adding few fenugreek seeds in that.
After soacking just grind it into a smooth batter
Then keep it for fermentation overnight or atleast for 6hrs in room temperature.
After fermentation add salt to taste and mix it well for twice or thrice [dont over mix]
Then keep the idly steamer on stove and pour the batter on idly plates
Cook it for atleast 15min.
after 15min you can have a look on your soft & delicious idlies are ready.
