INGREDENTS

  1. Urad dal : 100 grms

  2. Idly rawa : 200 gms

  3. methi seeds : 0.3 gms

  4. water for socking

  5. Salt for taste

METHOD OF PREPARATION

  1. First soack idly rava for 1hr & urad dal for 3hrs by adding few fenugreek seeds in that.

  2. After soacking just grind it into a smooth batter 

  3. Then keep it for fermentation overnight or atleast for 6hrs in room temperature.

  4. After fermentation add salt to taste and mix it well for twice or thrice [dont over mix]

  5. Then keep the idly steamer on stove and pour the batter on idly plates

  6. Cook it for atleast 15min.

  7. after 15min you can have a look on your soft & delicious idlies are ready.
