HOW TO MAKE PHULKA

INGREDIENTS

Wheat flour  - 100grms

salt-3grms

water -50ml

oil -2ml

METHOD  OF PREPARATION

  • Add salt ,oil in the wheat  flour and make a soft dough by adding water

  • then rest the  dough for 5min

  • then make small rolls of the dough

  • roll it with a roller pin in a medium size

  • take a tava heat it and cook the phulka both the sides for 1/2 a main

  • then just put it on a griddle

  • that's it the phulka is ready to have any curry or chutney
