BREAD ROLLS

Bread rolls are originated in Egypt.
pre heat the oven to 200 degrees centigrade
grease baking pans
sieve flour
scale all the ingredients
active yeast in a bowl of warm water and sugar
make a well in the sieved flour sprinkle salt around it
in the well pour activated yeast and mix
add remaining water and kneed
in corporate fat in to the dough and let it leave for 20 mins covered under  an s s mix bowl or clean rape
once fermented knock back the dough portion it into 40 gms each piece and shape it place it for proving for 25 to 30 mins
once proved apply egg wash sprinkle kalonji or you can leave it plane
bake on a greased pan for 15 to 20 mins or till rolls are golden brown on top and bottom
give an oil wash cool and serve with butter or hot soup.
