Carrot soup is a soup which is very healthy it is made with the pure of carrots and the basic ingredients like carrots, onions, garlic, salt, pepper and some stock or water.

INGREDIENTS

Carrot - 250 gms
Water - 200 gms
Oil - 50 ml 
Onion - 50 gms
Garlic - 10 gms
Boiled rice - 20 gms | 2 tsp
Salt to taste
pepper powder 1 tsp 

METHOD OF PREPARATION

1. Take a pan add oil,garlic,sliced onion  saute and add carrots,boiled rice for thinking.
2. Cook the carrot by adding water and make a fine puree
3. Cook the puree again by adding vegetable stock or water
4. Add seasonings like salt and pepper powder
5.Then close  the lid for 2 minutes when it is boiling check the consistency and serve hot
