INGREDIENTS

Ginger          1/2 tsp
milk              1 cup
sugar           1 tsp 
tea powder  11/2 tsp
water           1 cup

METHOD OF PREPERATION

1. take a bowl add one cup of water, crushed ginger and dry ginger skin , tea powder one spoon and one tea spoon of sugar.
2. then just stir it and leave it for boiling.
3. at last add the milk and leave it for boiling for some more time.
4. strain it and serve it with biscuits, cookies.
