CHAI IS A REFRESHING BEVERAGE FOR MOST OF US AND IT IS EVERY CHILD'S FIRST PREPARATION AND IT IS EASY TO MAKE BY ADDING ONE CUP OF WATER AND ONE CUP OF MILK SOME TEA POWDER AND MASALAS.
milk - 1 cup
water 1 cup
cloves - 2
cinnamon - 1 small piece
cardamom - 2
tea powder -1 1/2 tsp
sugar - 2 tsp
METHOD OF PREPARATION
1 . First crush the masala's.
2 . Then take a bowl add 1 cup of water and add crushed masala's , tea powder , sugar and leave it to boil
3 . Once when water is boiling just add 1 cup of milk to it and again leave it to boil for few minutes
4 . After boiling tea just strain in a cup and have it along with a biscuits.
