corrender seeds - 75 gms
turmiric - 1/4 tsp
dry red chillies - 10 gms
METHOD OF PREPARATION
take the pan and heat it
then add dry red chilies ,coriander seeds, cumin seeds and turmeric
dry roast it well and cool it down.
then take it in to a blender and powder it.
that's it your plain masala is ready.
