MADRAS CURRY MASALA

INGREDIENTS

  1. parboiled rice  - 15grms

  2. red gram - 15grms

  3. Bengal gram - 15grms

  4. mustard seeds - 5grms

  5. cumin seeds -5grms

  6. coriander seeds  - 20grms

  7. curry leaves  -1/2 bunch

  8. turmeric - 1/2 tsp

  9. red chilies -5to 6

  10. fenugreek seeds - 2grms

  11. asafetida  one pinch

  12. black pepper corn -10grms

METHOD OF PREPARATION

  1. first roast all the ingredients in a pan till the raw flavor goes from the spices

  2. then just cool all the ingredients and add in a mixer jar

  3. then grind all the ingredients together to make a fine powder

  4. that's it our madras curry powder is ready

  5. this can be stored for 1 year and can be used accordingly
