INGREDIENTS

  1. tamarind - 5gms

  2. salt to taste

  3. chili powder 2 tsp

  4. turmeric - 1/2tsp

  5. cumin seeds - 1 tsp

  6. onion - 1

  7. water - 2glasses

METHOD OF PREPARATION

  1. take a bowl & squeeze the tamarind pulp

  2. take another bowl add salt ,chili powder ,ginger garlic paste , turmeric.

  3. now add the tamarind pulp to that

  4. then add onions and crushed cumin seeds

  5. that's it our tasty and delicious amti is ready
